The entire building, private, for the full operating day. Your family, your crew, your company, nobody else through the doors.
Included
Every section, every attraction, every booked room, every sign-up space, and the arcade, no tokens needed that day, with a dedicated staff crew.
Not included, stated plain
The gym, the salon, the spa, and concessions. Food is arranged at booking.
The seven-day rule. Your date must be at least seven days out, and it is hard-enforced. Refundable until seven days before your date. One free date move with seven or more days notice.
Capacity and the reset. Headcount capped at posted building capacity, confirmed at booking. The reset still runs 3:30 to 5:00. The building closes 3:30 to 5:00 every open day for the reset: the whole floor is restaged fresh between sessions, every day.
Book your Takeover
Payment is in full at booking through Stripe at your date's flat rate: $999 Tuesday through Friday, $1,499 Saturday, $899 Sunday. A confirmed Takeover closes the building to all other bookings for your date, and members see a private event notice in the portal.
