Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thelandingzoneohio.com (the “Site”) and the services, memberships, bookings, and facilities offered by The Family Hub Landing Zone, operated by A-Z Enterprises (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or our facility, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings, purchase memberships, or sign agreements on behalf of a child. By doing so, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian.

2. Bookings, Memberships & Payments

• All bookings (drop-off windows, parties, classes, services) are subject to availability.
• Memberships and founding family commitments are billed per their stated terms.
• Prices, schedules, and offerings may change before opening or thereafter.
• Refund and cancellation rules are stated at the time of purchase.

3. Drop-Off & Child Safety

• Parents/guardians must complete required waivers, emergency contact info, and check-in/out procedures.
• Only authorized adults may pick up a child. ID may be required.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or contact emergency services if a child or guest is unsafe.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Use of the play areas, climbing features, arcade, axe throwing, golf simulators, gym, and other facility activities involves inherent risk of injury. By entering the facility, you assume those risks for yourself and any minor in your care, and agree to sign any required waiver.

5. Code of Conduct

• Treat staff and guests with respect.
• Follow posted rules in each zone.
• No weapons, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior.
• We may remove guests who violate these rules without refund.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site (logos, text, images, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Z Enterprises and The Family Hub Landing Zone are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or facility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Family Hub Landing Zone, A-Z Enterprises, and our staff from claims arising out of your use of the Site or facility, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Auglaize County, Ohio.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or facility after changes constitutes acceptance.
